Update: it's still cold in Minnesota.

Apologies for all the quietness on the blog front.  It’s still cold and we’re still hiding out.  The threat of illness has been sort of hovering over us.  Taunting really.  Sore throats and runny noses show up here and there, but luckily it hasn’t fully committed to sending us over the edge just yet.

For this, we are grateful.

We did, however, make a few quick jaunts out of the house.  Mostly to keep our sanity, and the fact that we do have employers that expect us to show up.

But one little thing that I am flat out dying over is THIS French pastry shop that I swear sprouted up out of nowhere in our fantastic neighborhood.  Are you drooling? Is it shameful to admit that I’ve “popped” in multiple times already this week… ?

Starbucks….me oh my you’ve got some major stepping up to do.  Until next time, I’ll be warming my bones over at this place re-living our Parisian vacation with a latte the size of my face.
